Mr. Lee is a Primavera Certified Trainer, who specializes in customized development and innovative design to meet and exceed our clients' requirements. He has over ten years of experience working with databases and report writing tools. Building solutions within a variety of environments is an on-going process with Mr. Lee; he has worked collaboratively with a number of corporate clients to obtain successful results. Recently, he has designed and deployed solutions that work with Primavera (Expedition and other elements of Primavera 5.0) and SQL Reporting Services to provide accurate and timely information, in addition to data reporting.

Brian Criss

Practice Leader, Project Controls Services

Mr. Criss is a Project Scheduler/Planner, who has over 5 years of experience in estimating for various construction projects. Certified as a Primavera Trainer, his in-depth knowledge of the applications has successfully assisted clients in the coordination, scheduling, cost control, and execution of projects using Primavera software. Mr. Criss has an experienced construction background working with scheduling projects from the preliminary design phase to the overall completion of the project. The maintenance of reviewing and developing schedules, conducting time impact analyses, and creating baseline schedules include clients such as Disneyland Resorts, Westfield Shopping Malls, Lennar Corporation, and BRE Development.

Lyra Caluag

Marketing Manager

Ms. Caluag brings over 6 years of creating and providing unique marketing profiles and brand awareness to a corporate atmosphere. Dedicating over 3 years of her career to the A/E/C environment, Ms. Caluag has implemented various marketing strategies to promote creative thinking to this specific industry and its best practices. Having over two years of graphic design experience, her innovative abilities help differentiate and uniquely communicate our services of project management solutions. Her constant execution of accomplishing successful marketing communication projects, collaboration with public relations, and special events' management continues to strengthen MLM Project Services' visibility to new and prospective clients.

Ken Nodelman

National Sales Representative

Mr. Nodelman brings an in-depth technical sales background to complement the MLM Professional Services’ Team. He brings over 20 years of experience selling complex IT solutions for large corporations by using several consultative selling methodologies, in addition to building strong working relationships within the IT environment.

His strong understanding of MLM’s managed services’ solutions has helped him strengthen his network of industry contacts, who they can rely on as a business partner to fill gaps within their project portfolio, with hopes to execute best practices within their organization. Mr. Nodelman’s strong communication skills effectively work with all levels of management to educate them on why MLM’s managed services make the best business sense.

Mr. Nodelman’s responsibilities also include marketing efforts towards products and services to Fortune 1000 companies. His hands-on experience has also given him the opportunity to interface directly with clients to provide excellent customer service.

Keri Mattarocci

Ms. Mattarocci brings over 3 years of professional experience in the operation and administration of Accounting. Her exceptional track record includes ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial deliverables, and excellent abilities to execute improvements to streamline processes such as budget preparation and AP/R.

Joe Moore

Mr. Moore currently supports the duties of the Managed Services team, whose responsibilities include providing assistance not only to clients, but also to internal staff. His professional services' experience has assisted him with supporting client relationships in a business to business environment. Mr. Moore's experience also includes the management of generating sales and facilitating systematic planning.

Mr. Napurano has over 15 years of experience directing and coordinating activities of business or departments with the production, pricing, sales or distribution of professional and Managed services. Instrumental in his success, Mr. Napurano has applied knowledge of business management principles with strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, and coordination of resources. Mr. Napurano manages Operations by building mutual trust, respect, and cooperation amongst his team members.

David Sundquist

Mr. Sundquist currently resides as MLM Project Services, Inc.'s Services Administrator, supporting the professional duties of assisting the logistics of private and public training, and the set-up of demonstrations of technical applications. Having over seven years of managerial experience, Mr. Sundquist works with several clients and vendors to satisfy the services' needs of existing and potential clients.
